It isn't often that you can write a five star review when it comes to a car buying experience. Buying a truck was that rare experience. I was so confident in him that I make a 3 1/2 hour drive to take a look. I got there as they were unlocking the doors for the day. Dave already had the truck pulled around and ready to go. From test drive to walking out the door it took roughly three hours. The fastest time I have ever purchased a vehicle. Brandon Cook in finance was great as well. He explained the terms of the warranty coverages available and the terms of my loan and I was out the door and back on the road. You can feel confident that you will get top dollar for your trade and pay a fair price for a vehicle from Bob Tomes. Thanks Dave and Brandon for getting me into the truck I have been waiting a long time to buy! More
Bob Tomes lost my respect and trust based on their handling of my F150 purchase. For any of you other lightning reservation holders out there who think they are handing out orders based on timestamps handling of my F150 purchase. For any of you other lightning reservation holders out there who think they are handing out orders based on timestamps and order numbers -- know that Bob Tomes picked 25 of their buddies to jump the line ahead of you no matter where you were in line. They were very reluctant to admit that they did this -- obviously because they know how jacked up it is: I was originally told that they did allocations purely based on timestamp. After some pressing they then lied and said that Ford HQ sent them a list of 25 customers to prioritize and that it was out of their hands (a ridiculous claim!), Finally after some pressing they admitted that they actually picked 25 people of whoever they wanted. Then they tried to say that these "prioritized" customers had no bearing on who actually got allocations...also a ridiculous premise because when pressed further they admitted that all allocations they got this year went to those "prioritized" customers. If you are going to spend serious money on a new car, pick a dealership that does the right thing. Even if they don't do the right thing...don't give your money to someone who lies about it. More

Great service, FAST and EASY!!! In and out in less than 1 hour getting our 2021 Ford Expedition. Worked with Kevin, he found us our car, (it was an order that was coming in), and when it arrived, came in, 1 hour getting our 2021 Ford Expedition. For a company that values "transparency," business practices were dishonest to say the least. First they took my driver's license without asking me. When I asked for an appraisal on my car, they used 'old fashioned' tactics such as, "we'll get that out for you right now" and held the information hostage to keep me at the dealership longer. They finally shook my hand and bid farewell without giving me an official price. I requested to talk to a director and fill out a survey but have cut off communication with me. More

Do not deal with this company and run from chase and TJ 11/19 I contacted this dealership yesterday with a pre approval from Capital one and Westlake for the 2014 Ford Mustang with 108k miles. I spoke to Josh Johnson. He asked me to complete the credit app and I did as he requested. I spoke to the manager Chase prior to doing so to make sure there were not going to be any issues because I had a problem with a different dealership last week. He assured me that he would take care of me and I wouldn't have any issues with your dealership. I completed the application. Today, T.J. called me and said everything was approved and asked what time I wanted to pick the my car. I scheduled the pick up for 5:30. I purchased insurance for the car for $300 and I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car. When I first arrived, I asked Josh to see the car and went and got the manager TJ. Before letting me see the car. TJ came out and asked for my paystub. I gave it to him. he walked away and 30 seconds later, he came back and said I have good news and bad news. he said the good news is you are approved and the bad news is I couldn't buy the car I was there to pick up because it was to old. He told me in our phone conversation that everything was already done, he said he put my name of the car and all I needed to do is bring my Insurance on the vehicle, come and sign the paperwork and pick up the car. That was not the case. He lied to me. He changed his story to I needed the paystub to finish the paperwork. He could have asked for that over the phone if he needed it but he did not. He told me it was a done deal and I just needed to come pick up the car. We drove 2 hours under the pretense that we were coming to pick up the car. He then said, well, maybe I have a newer model that we can get you in, so go over to the Ford lot and look. I was furious but since we already drove 2 hours, I figured what would it hurt. He told me to go and pick one out at the Ford lot. He said they would not put any more hard inquires on my credit. He said they already had everything they needed. so just go pick one out. We arrived at the Ford lot and Josh brought a 2021 mustang to show me. He said it was the most affordable car on the lot at a price of 31k. I said ok see what you can do on it. Sam the preceded to run my credit 10 times. then he comes out and says, well do you have to have a mustang. maybe we can get you into something else. this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever been through. I din't realize right away that you guys were pulling a bait and switch con game on me. The only resolution here is, I want the car that I was preapproved for, then approved for by your dealership. paid for insurance for and was asked to drive 2 hrs one way to pick it up(4 hour round trip). I want to speak with Chase, the manager the assured me there would not be any Shenanigans and I want to talk to the General manager of the dealership.
