Well its done now, it didn't get worse except it took much longer, and they didn't even do the inspection as requested. But it got done. They did give me stuff I 'had' to sign that basically said I was happy with them and even one that said they weren't liable if they caused damage to the car. You don't have to sign all that stuff

I case you wondered if the dealer reads these reviews, they do. I got a call quickly after posting this. He tried to convince me that it was of off day(it was clearly their normal way of doing business, it was on paper after all) It sounds like they really wanted to find a way to get me to take the review down. I don't need any resolution, this is a review for other people. My business with them is finished, it could have been worse, but it wasn't good.

I can order a truck here In Montgomery Alabama….fact of the matter is your salesman should have told me upfront that they were “directed” to charge 10k over msrp on in stock units and I wouldn’t have made plans to drive the 650 miles for that particular F250 and waste a day and a half. Isaiah and I spoke and text several times about me paying msrp for the truck as we negotiated my trade value. My first and last impression of Bob Tomes Ford still stands. I will purchase elsewhere and hopefully this review will will make others also think twice about buying from there.
