Do not deal with this company and run from chase and TJ 11/19 I contacted this dealership yesterday with a pre approval from Capital one and Westlake for the 2014 Ford Mustang with 108k miles. I spoke to Josh Johnson. He asked me to complete the credit app and I did as he requested. I spoke to the manager Chase prior to doing so to make sure there were not going to be any issues because I had a problem with a different dealership last week. He assured me that he would take care of me and I wouldn't have any issues with your dealership. I completed the application. Today, T.J. called me and said everything was approved and asked what time I wanted to pick the my car. I scheduled the pick up for 5:30. I purchased insurance for the car for $300 and I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car. When I first arrived, I asked Josh to see the car and went and got the manager TJ. Before letting me see the car. TJ came out and asked for my paystub. I gave it to him. he walked away and 30 seconds later, he came back and said I have good news and bad news. he said the good news is you are approved and the bad news is I couldn't buy the car I was there to pick up because it was to old. He told me in our phone conversation that everything was already done, he said he put my name of the car and all I needed to do is bring my Insurance on the vehicle, come and sign the paperwork and pick up the car. That was not the case. He lied to me. He changed his story to I needed the paystub to finish the paperwork. He could have asked for that over the phone if he needed it but he did not. He told me it was a done deal and I just needed to come pick up the car. We drove 2 hours under the pretense that we were coming to pick up the car. He then said, well, maybe I have a newer model that we can get you in, so go over to the Ford lot and look. I was furious but since we already drove 2 hours, I figured what would it hurt. He told me to go and pick one out at the Ford lot. He said they would not put any more hard inquires on my credit. He said they already had everything they needed. so just go pick one out. We arrived at the Ford lot and Josh brought a 2021 mustang to show me. He said it was the most affordable car on the lot at a price of 31k. I said ok see what you can do on it. Sam the preceded to run my credit 10 times. then he comes out and says, well do you have to have a mustang. maybe we can get you into something else. this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever been through. I din't realize right away that you guys were pulling a bait and switch con game on me. The only resolution here is, I want the car that I was preapproved for, then approved for by your dealership. paid for insurance for and was asked to drive 2 hrs one way to pick it up(4 hour round trip). I want to speak with Chase, the manager the assured me there would not be any Shenanigans and I want to talk to the General manager of the dealership. I hate to leave negative reviews because it could have just been a one time thing or just a bad day for that one person, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I explained what I needed for my trade in and they offered half what other places had already offered. Then after getting somewhat close, I still said no because it isn’t what I needed, their salesman decides it’s a great time to insult my integrity. Started saying I agreed to this and that, which never happened, then says “so mans word doesn’t mean xxxx now, huh?” Insulting people and talking down to them isn’t a great sales tactic, don’t know why he thought that would work. The initial salesman was great but when this guy came over, it was all downhill from there. I assume he was the sales manager but don’t know for sure, just the guy with the hand and neck tattoos that came over after the salesman. The new car director tried to fix the issues as I was leaving but after being insulted by somebody, I will never return to this dealership for anything in the future. I’ve brought my other Ford there and the service department was great but this dealership will never earn my business after this experience. More
This is my first time coming into the dealer for service. I was ready for the fact that it's more sales pitch than service. When I said that I didn't buy the care from them, they didn't really seem to care I was ready for the fact that it's more sales pitch than service. When I said that I didn't buy the care from them, they didn't really seem to care that I was there. They told me the price of an oil change was one thing, but then right on the screen was the regular oil change for half the price. I know they upsell, but it that felt dishonest above that. Now I'm still sitting here, after close to 2 hours, waiting for an oil change and the sales person/service person comes to me and says they are backed up and it will be longer. If it gets better, I'll update my post, but I'm not expecting much. Go to a good honest repair shop, the idea that a dealer is better is just silly. More

Don’t trust their salesman. Discussed a deal with Lance and gave him my payment zone and down payment. “HE” provided the vehicle that would fit the budget. I agreed and it was followed by he’s not able to and gave him my payment zone and down payment. “HE” provided the vehicle that would fit the budget. I had my own financing, they refuse to honor rebates and said because i had my pre approval through a bank they could not honor rebates. They did honer rebates and gave the cosco discount which was about 2000 msp. Their loss i will not be recomending this dealer to anybody. More

So, I met with your Sales Manager who told me that even though I put money down AND got $12K for my trade, that all he could do is, take my truck back for what was owed which is basically the "residual value" which is almost what THEY say the truck is currently worth. (So, my $55K truck is NOW only worth $30K in less than 2 years time) Either way, it doesnt matter, my issue is 8 times, same problem "DOCUMENTED" and they are not willing to do anything else to try and make it RIGHT! More
