The advertised price is just a number used to get you to the dealership. An additional $2,500.00 worth of useless, already installed, add-ons will be tacked on as soon as you show interest in the vehicle, b the dealership. I should have left as soon as I was told about this but I loved the car and I drove 4.5hrs to see it. The real problem is that I now know that they have additional dealer fees that, in my case, were grouped in with, and passed of Sales Tax. The fee itself is not the issue really. If I had been told that another $220 fee was required, I may have agreed to it during the signing. The problem is that I spent hours trying to resolve this over the phone, spoke with 5 different finance people, and was finally told that the dealership charges a title prep fee for out of state titles. My sales contract does not indicate this fee, the finance manager that I signed with did not disclose this fee. The dealership charged me for something and told me that it was sales tax. The manager did call and let me know that he was sorry about this. More

Bad experience. 've bought only new white ford trucks since graduating college in 1997and really disappointed on so many levels with my local dealership. Several if the salespeople aren't knowledgeable on the product. I can discus that further if needed. The first pickup we agreed to a price, shook hands with the Salesperson then pulled out the checkbook. The deal was backed out by the dealership then they raised price $2000 unless I financed it. Second experience i went in for an F250 xlt pickup listed on line and that was the third vehicle in a row I went in to look at that "sold". Thus salesperson switched vehicles twice on me and told me he had a white one just like the XLT so I bought i after I felt comfortable that he was honestly advising me. I dove it to the house and it was a lot rougher than the XLT. I returned the next day and agreed on switching it for a white F250 just because I needed a truck that day... the dealership was doing paperwork and then told me there was a recall. So I chose another one.... recall again... finally they brought an ugly gray one out that wasn't fully assemble and told me that was the one they would sell me if I wanted a pickup that night. I was clear that I will never be happy with this experience. The pickup get 13.1 miles a gallon. Has a whistling noise, maybe vacuum leak and is the ugliest color I've ever seen. Plus it still hasn't been completely assembled or washed and the dealership is aware of that. This purchase is turning my stimach everything I see the pickup. Yes. Im dissatisfied. More
