My salesperson was definitely a "sales" person; super friendly, promised a lot, but delivered very little. My used vehicle had no floor mats, no spare tire, was missing storage. I left the dealership with an incomplete set of mats that didn't even fit, and a spare but no jack. Got home and there was a technical issue; so I had to take it back. When I followed up and asked about these items, I was told "I said I would take of these items and I will. I always take care of my customers." 🙄 Excuses, excuses. They ordered the wrong parts. They're backed up in the shop. Took it back and they had it for 3 weeks to "fix" it, and to order the jack and other parts. As I was picking it up (and still no floor mats), the salesperson told me that the technical issue had already occurred again when they bringing it up to the front! But, I could bring it back again and they could take another look! No thanks - done with that place. More
