I worked with Abrum Mitchell who was happy to walk me through what was available. He was patient as I asked question after question and then gladly offered up a test drive. We test drove a couple of different options while he highlighted the features of the vehicles and was upfront about the cost and process. I worked with James and he was very personable and helpful. I appreciated his honesty, and he was not too pushy at all. My only complaint is that when I agreed on an amount my payment ended up bei helpful. I appreciated his honesty, and he was not too pushy at all. My only complaint is that when I agreed on an amount my payment ended up being higher than I agreed too. I really think that once in financing they should have gone back and lowered the price of the car to keep to that agreement. This was overall not a bad experience, and I will be buying new next time I buy and if James is still there, he will get my purchase! Five stars for James, but less because of the payment issue. More
