Bladepearlgreen, we’re sorry to hear that your experience with us was 1-star, but we felt it was important to clarify a few of the statements you made. We checked in with our team and understand that you had a previous appointment a week prior that you did not show up for. During this original appointment, we did have the vehicle you were interested in saved for you. Additionally, when you made your second appointment for this weekend, we again had the one unit available and ready for you to view. When you didn’t show up on time and didn’t communicate what was going on, we had another interested customer in the showroom which the same vehicle was a fit for. With no deposit and no communication, our inventory is available to any present customer. We did try to contact you to let you know, but we were told to never contact again. We apologize that this deal did not work out and wish you the best with your shopping experience. Take care and best wishes.

I told Mr. Micheal I was on my way down there, and will get there around 1:30. I arrived 15 mins late due to traffic. If the venue was already sold. Why did Michael leave me n my wife in the waiting room waiting, while he tells another salesman to go get the truck anddrive the truck around the front . Why didn’t he tell us the truck was sold? Bad business. The salesman drives another truck around, knowing that was not the truck. Then tries to sell me that ugly truck. To me this Michael guy was untrustworthy. Glacé I didn’t buy from this dealership. I purchased one Forth Worth
