The price he gave me off-the-bat was more than $1,000 below that of another dealership for literally the exact same vehicle. I did a lot of research beforehand, and the price he gave me was also significantly below the average price paid for that vehicle nation-wide; it's nice getting a fair price without the hassle of negotiation. The finance department at Wade was also great to work with. The whole process was a positive experience. More

I had to drive about 2 hours to get there, but it was worth it. I see a lot of Subarus where I live, so I'll be sure to recommend Bob Wade to anyone who is looking. More

He was interested in what I wanted, very knowledgeable, no pressure and made my entire experience a pleasant one. After the sale Chris followed up with me 3 times over the next 2 months. The main reason I returned to buy a Subaru from Bob Wade was because of the experience I had with Chris. I knew Helen Shibut, Subaru salesperson, from a civic organization and would see her a few times a year. The last time I saw Helen she was so excited about working at Bob Wade, and raved about how wonderful her used Subaru was. When I saw the on-line listing for the Outback, I called Helen with full confidence that I would again be treated well at Bob Wade Auto World. Helen did not disappoint. We never visited the dealer in person - but he provided all the info we needed, without any pressure or surprises. The paperwork was prepared for us in advance (car registration, financing, etc.) & we were very happy with the price. Dustin even arranged to have the car delivered to us - since we live a couple hours away. Glad to recommend! More
