⭐ Extremely disappointing and stressful experience I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after everything I have experienced with this dealership, I feel other customers should know what happened normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after everything I have experienced with this dealership, I feel other customers should know what happened. I went to this dealership interested in a 2015 Lexus NX 200t and planned to evaluate/test-drive the vehicle before making my final decision. The process moved much faster than I expected, and I ended up signing paperwork and trading in my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The Lexus was never delivered to me, and I have never taken physical possession of it. Before signing, I was aware of a water leak/water smell that the dealership said would be repaired. However, after I signed, I continued learning about additional problems with the Lexus while it remained at the dealership. I was told the vehicle needed struts, a trunk-related part, and that there was also an issue with the tire-pressure monitoring system. My pickup date was repeatedly changed. I was told Thursday, then Friday, and then Monday. I rearranged my work schedule and even changed an appointment based on the pickup times I was given, only to have the vehicle delayed again. One of the most concerning moments was when a dealership representative told me in writing: “Originally they were going to auction out the vehicle but since it was sold they wanted to make sure everything was absolutely fixed for the customer.” That statement made me seriously question why the vehicle had been offered for sale to me in the first place if these problems were still being discovered and repaired. After all of this, I told the dealership that I no longer felt comfortable accepting the Lexus and requested that the transaction be canceled and unwound. Instead of resolving my concerns, during a phone conversation I was offered a check to cover my first monthly payment. I did not accept that offer because a free payment does not address my concern. My issue is that I no longer trust this particular vehicle after everything that was discovered before I ever took delivery. The situation has now become even more stressful because the dealership paid off the loan on my Tacoma and obtained its title, while the Tacoma remains physically in my possession. I have requested that the entire transaction be unwound and that the financing and Tacoma trade-in/title situation be properly resolved. I have contacted the financial institutions involved and have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally with dealership management. I have also requested important communications in writing so there is a clear record of what is being said. At this point, this has been one of the most stressful vehicle-purchasing experiences I have ever had. I wish the full condition of the Lexus had been made clear to me before I signed anything, instead of additional problems continuing to appear afterward. As of the date of this review, I still have never taken delivery of the Lexus and the dispute remains unresolved. I hope dealership management chooses to resolve this situation fairly. If they do, I will update this review to accurately reflect the final outcome. More

Started working with Jay Spencer on a lease for a 2026 Ioniq 5, which was fine initially. Partway through the process I was transferred to Justin Griffin, and that's when the experience declined. From tha Ioniq 5, which was fine initially. Partway through the process I was transferred to Justin Griffin, and that's when the experience declined. From that point on I received multiple pricing worksheets with inconsistent or contradictory numbers, including figures that didn't match from one section of the same document to another, and it took repeated follow-up requests to get basic information like the lease money factor. There was also consistent pressure to come in or commit same-day. When I let Justin know another dealership had beaten their offer, his response was sarcastic and dismissive rather than a simple, professional decline. He questioned my reasoning for going elsewhere and implied it must be about convenience rather than the actual deal, then closed with a curt, borderline mocking sign-off. That kind of tone has no place in a business interaction, especially after a couple of days of good-faith back and forth trying to get accurate numbers. The pricing itself was competitive, but the way Justin handled the process, and especially how he handled losing the sale, made this a frustrating experience I wouldn't want another buyer to walk into unprepared.
