I would not recommend Nucar, Norwood to my friends or relatives. It was the worst experience. It took me over a month to get a vehicle because of miscommunication and even though Nick, the manager did c relatives. It was the worst experience. It took me over a month to get a vehicle because of miscommunication and even though Nick, the manager did come through in the end, the day I picked up my vehicle it was filthy on the outside and it just was not a pleasurable experience. But I will say that Sebastian was as accommodating as he could be given the situation. More

I asked what the Service Fee is and how is it calculated? No plausible answer, ‘just everyone pays a service fee’, does not answer my questions. It’s nickel and diming the customer, it’s wrong, in my opinion. We pay labor and parts, that is all I am paying!! I had a coupon for a $29.95 oil change + tax, and get charged a $9.00 service fee is just outrageous! I am seriously considering not trading up to another Nissan to avoid dealing with this dynamic! It’s very upsetting and I told the Service Tech. More
