The staff at Bohn Toyota were very pleasant to work with, to include my sales person Richard, managers Eric and Patti, and Brian over in Finance. They were open to negotiating, getting me down as low as they could. After my first visit, they followed up but did not pester me to come back in. It felt like they actually cared to ensure I was having a positive shopping experience. This dealership earned my business and trust quickly with their professionalism, transparency, and flexibility. Highly recommend Bohn Toyota to those in search of a newer used vehicle! More
Had an appointment for 2:30 for oil change. I waited at the dealership for my vehicle. I was not notified my vehicle was ready. I had to go ask about it. Do not buy a vehicle here, you do not want to have to deal with the service department. The entire team is trash. They have over charged me, they have missed service notes, delayed part replacements, and deal with the service department. The entire team is trash. They have over charged me, they have missed service notes, delayed part replacements, and created excuses for themselves when held accountable. The supervisor does not want to hold the staff accountable and they collectively say they are overworked and don’t have time to pay attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and drive to Metairie or Slidell instead. More
