On March 11, 2025 my vehicle was serviced and I was overcharged, (as it was later confirmed)). I generally phone my son with information/price given me. Unfortunately, I gave approval for the work to be done. A few days later, my horn was malfunctioning. I took it back to the dealership. The situation was explained to Victor, and he had vehicle taken to the back. He returned shortly, saying it was a minor problem that was resolved, and no charge..My confidence in Toyota was restored with kind gesture. So when it was time to schedule my next maintenance appointment, I asked for Victor on August 12, 2025. Everything went extremely well. Job was done in timely manner and cost efficient. Victor even presented a coupon for additional savings. My confidence has been restored in Bohn Toyota because of Victor More
