Staff are kind and courteous. Of course this devastated me because I didn’t have the funds so declined the repair and brought my car to a mechanic to further inspect my car. Come to find out it WAS NOT the water pump. The leak (drip) was coming from the a/c line….and because the drip was right above the pump, it gave the illusion it was the pump. It only took the mechanic 10m to discover the leak source, which meant not only wasn’t my a/c unit worked find, but my water pump was in mint condition as well. This concerns me. I trust the staff of Toyota to be I expect Toyota to be thorough with their inspections to ensure they’re giving customers accurate information. It almost make me wonder if I would have paid for the repair, would they have been honest and returned my funds….I seriously doubt it. More

An oil change turned into a $3,400 job blamed on me due to their amateur over tightening of my oil filter. I have a big oil stain on the panel below and they claim "it is not an oil leak". What new vehicle leaks ANY oil at all? This was FAR more than a few drops from an oil change. It appears they were trying to cover up a slow leak and not pay for it. It also sounds like they had to chisel out the oil filter due to what the advisor said and then backpedaled and said they didn't chisel it out. This is the only explanation for getting a crack in the housing. It took days to get my vehicle back. I can't trust them. More

I drove 50 minutes to have my car’s maintenance completed because this dealership really does treat its customers well. They also discuss maintenance issues shown on an electronic report—I then choose what because this dealership really does treat its customers well. I will tell you that since I have begun using this dealership, my car runs better, and I have never had a problem with their work. It is worth the drive. More
I brought my car to this dealership to have my routine tire rotation. The service guy tried to make me buy new filters for my car. He brought out two extremely dirty filters and told me that they needed t tire rotation. The service guy tried to make me buy new filters for my car. If those were truly my current filters then either you didn’t change them or those aren’t my current filters. More
