We have bought three vehicles from Bohn Toyota. This is our fourth Toyoto from Bohn. This is the Second Vehicle that Sony Dufrene has sold us. Sony has always been very fair and honest with us. We were always very happy with the trade-in allowances given to us. The staff handling the fianacing and paper work were very professional and friendly. Sony has always gone out of his way to make us feel that we had gotten the very best "deal". He has taken his time and explained all of the options on our vehicles. We had shopped around other Toyota dealships and Bohn and Sony have always been the best deal. When we're ready to trade again, you can be sure We'll be looking for Sony and stopping at Bohn Toyota. I would recommend this dealership for service 24 7 as I have always been treated like a customer who was worth their time and effort to work with. I went the next day to a differnt Toyota dealership and was treated like I was the most important customer who ever walked through their doors. Which dealership do you think I'll go to for my next purchase. I have talked to friends that have had the same treatment at Bohn Bros Toyota Scion sales division. I have brought my 2004 Toyota Camry in for every regular service checkup since purchasing the vehicle. Every time but one I have been able to get Doug Montalbano to assist me. He is knowledgeable, explains details to me, is efficient, is friendly, and tries to ensure that I am on my way as soon as possible. Most importantly, he listens to anything I have to say so he can figure out if anything else needs to be checked in addition to regular maintenance. My service experiences overall with Bohn Brothers Toyota have been excellent, with the exception of the one time someone else other than Doug assisted me and did not properly take care of what I believe should have been covered under my extended warranty.
