I was in the other day for a 15000 mile check up. From the moment that I went into the dealership, I was not harassed, like some other dealerships, but helped. Sonny took me to test drive the vehicle and gave me alot of information about the truck. He also told me if I need any assistance with the truck when I got home, to bring it back and he would walk through it with me. I specifically told Kevin in Financing, that I needed a certain note and he work very hard to accomadate me. We had to work with the numbers, but at the end of the day, he got me where I needed to be. John Hightower who is the general manager of the Bohn Zone, came in to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, terms of the financing, etc.. He also said that I could call him if I have any problems or concerns. Stephanie was very friendly and went through the preliminary phases with me. We went over my trade in value, terms and paperwork. She made the process fly by. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure doing business with these guys. My experience with Bohn Brothers Toyota in Harvey, LA was wonderful. My father has purchased his last 2 vehicles through Mr. Gibbs and told us when our time came to definitely go see him because of their won wonderful. My husband and I recently was involved in a accident that wasn't our control and of course we were not expecting it, but it truly put us in a bind. We of course have had some battles with our credit and never thought we would be able to get it financed but Kevin and Mr. Gibbs made it possible. They treated us like royalty and with great promptness being we had no vehicle and only had a rental for a few days. Thanks so much to the kindness this dealership has shown us and the attitude as if we are family still to this day if we need anything. Also Doug with the service dept has been great also! We had a couple of minor issues when we first got the car but within a 20 minute time frame they were addressed and served. I'm sure our experience will continue to be a great one and we recommend this dealership and Mr. Gibbs to everyone in need of a car.
