I have brought my 2004 Toyota Camry in for every regular service checkup since purchasing the vehicle. Every time but one I have been able to get Doug Montalbano to assist me. He is knowledgeable, explains details to me, is efficient, is friendly, and tries to ensure that I am on my way as soon as possible. Most importantly, he listens to anything I have to say so he can figure out if anything else needs to be checked in addition to regular maintenance. My service experiences overall with Bohn Brothers Toyota have been excellent, with the exception of the one time someone else other than Doug assisted me and did not properly take care of what I believe should have been covered under my extended warranty.
