Had a pinon seal replaced in my 02 2500 was done right and fast. Down side is that it should have the yoke replaced ans wasnt told untill I went to pick it up. The oil light would occasionally stay on. The service department was willing to fit me in tghe day I called. IT was a faulty switch, which was in stock. On Thursday 2-14-2013 I scheduled an oil change on line for Saturday 2-16-2013 and received an email stating that someone would call me back shortly for details. I did not receive any call. When I called b for Saturday 2-16-2013 and received an email stating that someone would call me back shortly for details. I did not receive any call. When I called back on Friday, I was told that no appointment is needed just to come in on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday morning I was told that several cars were ahead of me and I could wait or return later that day, which was not what I had planned for. I spoke with Ron he offered me to return on Monday after work. I stopped by Monday around 4:00 pm and had the oil change done. It should not take this much time and effort to get oil change done especially if the website offers an appointment. In the past I have received call back as promised and good service at a reasonable price. This is the first time I am not satisfied with the service I received at Bolles. Hans Keck More

The young woman who was at the desk for the Express Lane service was very friendly and knowledgable. I was very pleased with the service and how quckly I was in and out.
