Terrible service Attempted to construct a deal on a used car over the phone. I got ahold of John, told him my scenario, provided the information required(VIN numbers, Attempted to construct a deal on a used car over the phone. I got ahold of John, told him my scenario, provided the information required(VIN numbers, miles, payoffs etc.) I was called back an hour or two later stating that I needed to bring my cars in to be evaluated, but our figures should line up pretty close. I left work early the following business day, I arrived and was greeted by John, who then took me over to the Mazda store, where their vehicle appraiser then insisted that my car had illegal exhaust etc. (It just passed MO safety and emissions weeks prior) I was then told I would need to fix the items with my car that would "cost them $10,000.00" before they could work a figure on the car. Long story short, I asked for information before I showed up, the sales person didn't follow through on his part and just told me to come in, insisting that we could make a deal. Then they bullied me out of their dealership, insisting I repair my exhaust(it has aftermarket mufflers) even after I offered to install the factory exhaust. Can't say I've ever been treated this way at a car dealership before. Stay away! More

SIX HOURS and wasted time, don't bother making an appointment it won't matter. Every reason why our cars were worth way below book. Low ball offer kept going back and fourth. Got them up 4000 on one. But then they would not come down at all on the car we were buying which they were $3000 higher than any other dealer , manager was a complete "know it all" he didn't "care" about the customer AT ALL. Heaven forbid you don't have perfect credit ! Final straw .......well $9000 can get this deal done tonight. I will keep my money and save by going to other dealer who will "care" about the customer. More
