After sending a quick message, Chris responded almost immediately. After that, we spoke on the phone once to confirm the vehicle was still available and then drove to the dealership. We let Chris know we were on our way to see the vehicle, and when we arrived he had it waiting for us. In person Chris was warm, friendly, helpful, and genuine. He truly cared about our family and wanted us to get the best vehicle for us. After a short test drive and personal inspection, we were ready to purchase the vehicle at the right amount to fit our budget. After some short discussion with Chris and Manager Neal Ewing, we came to a monetary agreement. We signed paperwork and then were greeted by Business Manager J.D., who laughed along the way and made signing paperwork an enjoyable task. Chris completed the small details to finalize the sale for our family's new vehicle. In less than three hours, we accomplished purchasing a new car without stress, headaches, or frustrations. No "car salesmen tactics" were necessary. The Bommarito staff all spoke honestly and genuinely wanted our family to leave with a new vehicle. The service center was a little slow but they were dealing with problems with the state inspection system that day. Also, there were free hot dogs and soda, which was nice. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase (a 2005 Toyota Corolla) and with Chris and all the other employees with whom I interacted. More
