It was 730 in the am (really early for all of us), but he was as accommodating and attentive as possible. Helped me get a test drive scheduled, followed up with me on the process of the car being prepped (they had just gotten the vehicle in), and even after hearing my horror story from a couple other dealerships when trying to purchase the same car (South County Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler and BMW Mini of Clayton), assured me that he would work with me to earn my business, which he did! The process happened quickly, but in the short period, the whole experience became so personable with both him and Mark Landers (AWESOME Pre-Owned Manager), that any hesitancy or worry I had about the whole car buying process, was quickly and easily put to rest with this team. They just "get it", and I wish other dealerships could copy the culture and practices that this group has put into place. No doubt will be the first dealership I look to in the future with my next consideration for a car for myself and/or my daughter. Bommarito has earned a customer for life. More

Dream car turned to Nightmare I'm very torn on Bommarito right now. I worked for 3 years to get my credit up and save money to get my dream car, a cadillac. Went to St. Peters and I'm very torn on Bommarito right now. I worked for 3 years to get my credit up and save money to get my dream car, a cadillac. Went to St. Peters and worked with Mike who showed me everything I asked for and was very helpful. 2 days after purchasing the 2013 XTS, which is an absolute dream car, I noticed a thump in the front end. When I took the vehicle to service to get checked out Nathan was very helpful and kept in contact with me every step of the way. Once they determined it was the front hubs the made a claim to the extended warranty company who came out and verified the front hubs were in fact leaking, but not enough to warrant the repair. I couldn't believe it. They would rather I ruin the front end and the tires before fixing the hubs. Then I asked Nathan if the dealership would do anything about it, even work with me on the price to fix them. He called me back in two, TWO minutes and said they said no. So while I'm driving the car of my dreams I get more and more aggravated everytime I hear that thumping noise. So while the before service has been great, the after service has left me wondering where my rent is going to come from if I have the car fixed. Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, your my only hope. More
