Would recommend this dealership in a heart beat. I have to admit - when driving to the dealership on Friday - I never thought we would end up driving away with the car of his dreams but with Randy Pi I have to admit - when driving to the dealership on Friday - I never thought we would end up driving away with the car of his dreams but with Randy Pipe's remarkable ability to work with people and his constant concern that everyone leaves happy and satisfied with their purchase we drove off the lot with the Cadillac Escalade at about 2:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Just to add a little more about our search for the 2013 Cadillac Escalade - the search was long and hard ... we met a lot of nice, caring car salesman and we met some not so nice and extremely pushy - but I feel Randy went beyond his call of duty to make sure we got the deal that was right for us. He couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating if he tried. All and all the experience was a complete joy. Mark Pappert (Finance) was also very accommodating and explained everything very thorough in layman's terms so we could understand - he was extremely helpful and very nice.
