They were upfront and honest about the cost of the vehicle we wanted. We bought a new Escalade ESV and traded in an F-150 Platinum, on which they gave a very fair price. After the sale Joe followed up several times to check in on us, showed us how to use everything, and overall just went above and beyond after the sale to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The car was too new to drive, the wheels still had the paper on the tires. I was able to test drive the car three days later as well as leave with the car.
