This dealership has been chronically difficult to contact and obtain timely service. Calls placed to the dealership have been allowed to ring 30-50 times, then are disconnected. To this day, the original problem with my vehicle still has not been repaired satisfactorily. This seems to be a problem across the entire Bommarito chain; I've had similar experiences with both the Volkswagen and Cadillac dealerships. More
