I am completely satisfied with this dealer in the work done on my 2005 Cadillac STS. The past two times there I have asked for specific work done and, after checking the car over, have been told TWICE that it wasn't time to do the work! In this economy a lot of dealerships would have done the work w/o hesitation just to create revenue, but they are more interested in total customer satisfaction. First I want to say everyone I dealt with at Bommarito was very friendly and helpful. I had shopped different Bommarito locations looking at cars found this to be consistent with your staff. The experience was very positive. It took awhile to finally get into the finance managers office but Jay did the best he could...even got lunch for our kiddos.
