i am glad you contacted me yesterday as i was getting concerned that maybe the car was not even certified(you usually write back within an hour and yesterday was over 4 hours)..plus the fact that you for concerned that maybe the car was not even certified(you usually write back within an hour and yesterday was over 4 hours)..plus the fact that you forgot to write vw certified on the contract.. below is a link to another r32(just like yours but white!)..i had called them a month ago when they were asking something like $24,999 and 1/2 the time they never even returned my calls and seemed not too interested in dealing!...i now see it listed at the same price as yours! too bad for them..as i said, after a week, most people(me included) get used to the color they have (btw how did the paint job go(ha)...again, it was a pleasure doing business with a professional like yourself..take care.... dave cumerlato FYI: i am from california and had shopped for an r32 for a couple months...by far Brian was the most professional and knowledgeable of the many contacts i made! dave cumerlato More

Best car buying experience I have had. Jay Grossman was great to work with. He was very nice and respectful, and eager to learn about what I was looking for and find it for me. Had very nice experience with Joe and the staff at Bommarito. We purchased a used 2007 Yukon XL. Price was fair and they even took out a few dings that the Truck already had. I walked in, Kevin was right there, told him what I wanted, he had the car upfront within minutes. I test drove it, I liked it and wanted it. We filled out paperwork, he sent me to Jim Foley, I got a wanted, he had the car upfront within minutes. I test drove it, I liked it and wanted it. We filled out paperwork, he sent me to Jim Foley, I got a good rate, filled out paperwork and BOOM it was done. Within 50 - 60 minutes I was done and drove off the lot in my car - Lexus ES350. Ken was very responsive to our questions and needs. Matt (not sure if this name is correct) the Sales Manager was reasonable during negotiations and we feel we paid a fair price for our used Cadillac. Jim (not sure if this name is correct) the Sales Manager was reasonable during negotiations and we feel we paid a fair price for our used Cadillac. Jim in finance was also very friendly and did not try to throw in a bunch of bogus fees and charges at which I was frankly surprised because most dealers I've dealt with always try to squeeze every dime out of you with this fee and that fee. Overall it was one of the better vehicle buying experiences I've had and I would definately buy from this dealership again in the future. More

Roger was very knowlegable and patient with us through the sales process.
