Took my 2003 Ford Focus in for interior heater not working, they replaced the thermostat for $250 (find out it should not have cost more than $100. A couple of weeks later the car is overheating, they working, they replaced the thermostat for $250 (find out it should not have cost more than $100. A couple of weeks later the car is overheating, they charged me $230 to tell me there was part on the fan that was melted and caused the problem, and now the car is still overheating????? Go Figure, a Ford Dealer, spent $500 and they don't know what they're doing. Feel really frustrated. More

The staff at Bommarito Ford were friendly and professional. Sergey did a fantastic job locating the vehicle I wanted. For as many cars as they have sold since my brother bought his truck last year I thought that showed that customers are not just another number. I was pleased with the service during the sales transactions, but the servicing of the car has been an uphill battle. I was told the car was inspected and in good working condition when I purchase transactions, but the servicing of the car has been an uphill battle. I was told the car was inspected and in good working condition when I purchased it, but in the 1st month the car has had 2 problems that required a tow. Also there was a problem with the automatic window not working, I took it in for service and the serice department said there was nothing wrong with the window and they let it up and down all day and it worked fine, but I took the service manager to the car and tried the window and it didnt work. I'm sure I dont have a magic touch so I doubt if they looked at the window. They did schedule another appointment and fix the window, but it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided if they had bothered to look at it the 1st time. It is only fair to let you know that they have taken care of the issues with the car and it appears to be running fine now, it was just a rocky start that I believe happened becuase the service department didnt really look over the car like they were supposed to. The sales service was great, it was only the service department that was a little problematic and they did eventully fix the car. Over all I would refer someone to the dealership. More
Terry went to great lengths to insure our desires for a new car would be met. And he showed us only the cars we would be interested in. I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided on Ford for a number of reasons, one being Ford's recent graduate program: Ford Drives U. Being a recent college graduate with no credit history, I went into for a number of reasons, one being Ford's recent graduate program: Ford Drives U. Being a recent college graduate with no credit history, I went into the dealership uncertain about whether I could secure financing. But Ford places high value on securing the future loyalty and patronage of recent graduates. Matt Goodson, my sales contact, was very profesisonal, courteous, and friendly, and worked with me to find the right vehicle at the right price. Dan King, the business manager, then worked with me and my credit situation to secure me financing and allow me to drive away in a new vehicle when several other creditors and dealerships had turned down my requests for a loan. Mr. Bommarito even took time to introduce himself and ensure that everything about the sales process was going well. Overall, the experience at Bommarito Ford was an enjoyable one and demonstrated the thorough excellence that Bommarito employs in each of its departments.
