Sergey was very polite, not pushy at all. Got us a great deal for our vehicle. I was disappointed of the cleaning of the vehicle and that the tonneau cover was missing pieces (without telling me when agree deal for our vehicle. We had an appointment for 12:30 w/Sergey to view a 2006 Ford Explorer they had on their lot. We were helped as soon as we got there, and went to look at the SUV. When we got back we were able to quickly negotiate our terms w/o any haggling. Everyone was very polite and friendly. We had a bit of a wait for the finance manager to get to us, but they were busy. We had our 18 month old who hadn't napped with us so it was a bit hectic, but everyone was very understanding. This vehicle is the 4th we have purchased from one Bommarito dealership or another. I don't really know why we ever try anywhere else in the St. Louis area. Bommarito customer service is always great, and they are always as accommodating as they can be with the price. If you are going new I would say definately go to Bommarito, and if you are going used at least check them out first. More
