He listened to what I was interested in and showed me what I was interested in instead of things that I did not want. He did not try to get me to buy extra's that I did not want. He asked if I was buying that day and I told him no and it was wonderful, he kept helping me. We returned 2 days later after thinking about it and bought the car we were looking at. After purchasing he sat in the car with me and reviewed all of the bells and whistles. Great overall experience. More
