Traded In Car and Bought New Odyseey in about an hour!!! I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience at Bommarito Honda. It was a pleasure working with Ian Johnson on the value of my trade I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience at Bommarito Honda. It was a pleasure working with Ian Johnson on the value of my trade in and negotiating price on a new Odyssey. I went into dealership to test drive an Odyssey. I did NOT plan on purchasing a vehicle. I had appointments to get to and only had about an hour in the day to spend at the dealership. Once Ian knew I was a serious buyer, we were able to get a deal done and I didn's miss my plans for Friday night. I came back the next day to finish up the financing - in the meantime - Ian was able to work it out so I could take the van home with me that day and surprise the family. The cherry on top was working with Guy Taylor in the Finance Department. We negotiated a fair and reasonable extended warranty so that my van is covered for 7 years or 100,000 miles including replacement keys and small dents. We still have a 2005 Honda Odyssey so purchasing the extra coverage was a no brainer since we hold on to our Hondas and Guy made the process easy. One more thing - I didn't expect to buy a car that day NOR trade in my car that I drove there. Ian worked it out where I received more than Kelly Blue Book value for my trade-in despite a cracked side mirror and damaged alloy rims. They looked past it to get a deal done. Thank you Ian and Guy and Bommorito Honda. I no doubt will be a repeat buyer from there in the future. More

A very professional dealership in every way! We had talked recently of possibly purchasing a new CRV. We were missing an SUV after driving an Accord for the past several years. Our thoughts were also to drive other makes and models. On a Friday afternoon, we went to a nearby dealership (not Honda) to look at their vehicles. We entered the showroom and for 15-20 minutes looked at 2 other SUV's....sat in front seat, sat in back seat, opened hatch. Not one person approached or greeted us. We walked out very frustrated and proceeded to Bommarito Honda across the highway. What a difference!. We were greeted professionally, directed to a sales person professionally, explained about the vehicle professionally. Mike Knollhoff knows his Hondas inside and out. While no pressure, we felt ready to make a purchase. The following day we completed our financing and drove home with a new CRV. Big thanks to Josh Berry for sitting with us in the vehicle and explaining our navi system. We are sure we will be back to seek further advice from him as we navigate the system. And kudos to Jason Galeski for obtaining a wonderful finance rate for us and a thorough explanation of an extended warranty. We have experienced the quality of the service department in the past with our Accord. This dealership respects their customers. We recommended Mike to our daughter and son in law who subsequently purchased their new Pilot the following weekend from Bommarito. We feel like we have a new home at Bommarito Honda and a new friend in Mike Knollhoff. This is the place to buy your Honda!! More

I got a couple of price quotes from Edmunds and headed over. Once there I specifically requested Josh and was pleased with how things turned out. He was professional, respectful and genuine. I brought my parents along for their input and questions. Josh treated them as respectfully as me. I enjoyed working with Josh and drove off very satisfied with my experience and the deal I got. I highly recommend working with him. I also enjoyed Guy Taylor from finance. He was honest and helpful and played a key role in closing out a deal that was fair for both parties. More

Owning both our cars, we had the luxury of taking our time looking to make the right purchase. From the beginning of our search we would only purchase if it was 1) the right vehicle 2) at the right price 3) from the right dealer. While I would say most of the dealers were professional and didn’t come across as pushy salesman, there was something different about Mike K. and his team at Honda. I called Mike, after my in-laws purchased their vehicle from him, for a test drive. My intention was only to test drive a SUV which we have done many times over the past several weeks; we test drove 8 different vehicles and visited a lot of different dealerships. We researched and compared prices, models, loan options and reviews; we really did our homework. When we went to see Mike we didn’t even bring our checkbook because we’ve been doing this for a while and didn’t expect to make a purchase. That all changed due to the service, professionalism and the overall experience Mike and his team provided. He made us feel special and showed that he cared for us as people from the community, not just a sale. The team delivered on all three of our requirements and we purchased the vehicle that day from Bommarito Honda even though there are three Honda’s much closer to our home. This is my fifth new car and my experience with Mike was by far the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. More
