I just didnt like the manager who refused to negotiate at all on price, despite the car being The service and most people were fantastic to work with. I just didnt like the manager who refused to negotiate at all on price, despite the car being with some minor body damage along with 350 extra miles beyond the miles quote to me. This is NOT a reflection on the sales person, Walter, who was a pleasure to work with and whom I would recommend. Further, Josh had spoken with my sister and said he would try further to work on the price more if I went there, assuring me they would try to go beyond to make me happy. But the manager did not seem to care to even try to work with me on price, even as a common courtesy, for not having the car there when I arrived. He only reduced the price upon hearing that it had 2000 miles on it when it was supposed to be a new car I intended to buy. I felt he was a tad rude saying from the beginning he had "no intention" of going under the price that the salesperson (not Walter) spoke of. He even went so far as to say, "If you dont buy this car for the price given, I am confident Ill find someone who will buy it for me." Even if this were true, I was shocked he actually said that to me. If I didnt love the car so much and if the car wasn't so scarce to find, I would have left the dealership. In any event, the rest of the experience was great. Walter was fantastic to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. More

I was switching from a Prius and had no idea what I wanted when we went in, just that I'd heard good things about the Fit. He showed me several options and let me test drive several models, both new and used. In the end we ended up going with a 2014 Civic EX that was perfect for me and a great deal. I can't say enough about how the no-pressure, friendly environment and the great team. The extras they give you like free maintenance and sealers are a huge deal, too. Thanks again! More

Great buying experience with Don Scheffler Bought a used CRV from Don Scheffler at Bommarito Honda today. He delivered on everything he said he would do; never made promises he couldn't keep. The shop thought there was something wrong with the tires and put (4) new ones on at no extra charge to me. Nice to see that they do the right thing rather than maximizing their bottom line. We discussed the vehicles we wanted to look at, he got the keys to all of them and escorted to look at the range of Pilots. From this point on he treated us respectfully was not pushy in anyway and after buying the vehicle we felt like it was working with a friend.
