We decided to also look at the new 2014 CRV's and, with no pressure from Mr. Scheffler, made the decision to purchase the new vehicle. Mr. Scheffler was very professional, made an effort to work around our schedule and located the exact vehicle we wanted. IMPORTANT: When the day arrived for us to pick up our vehicle, Mr. Scheffler and the staff at Bommarito Honda discovered the vehicle had arrived (most likely known by the other dealership) with hail damage. He quickly informed us of the damage and even more quickly (with the help of his fellow employees) found us another vehicle. There was no effort to hide the damage which we possibly would not have found until we had driven off the lot. It was refreshing to see the team work and honesty at this dealership. I have been using their service dept. too for a couple years and they are great as well. They will tell you what they recommend, which may be more than you want, but again, no pressure to get all the work done. I do some of the work myself, and they have no problem with it. WORDS AREN'T ENOUGH! When we met with Kevin we told him that we were just beginning our search for a different vehicle. We both liked the Honda. I liked the Accord but m When we met with Kevin we told him that we were just beginning our search for a different vehicle. We both liked the Honda. I liked the Accord but my husband was interested in the CR-V. Kevin said let's talk about it. After listening to us he presented a diagram showing the differences between purchasing versus leasing. We learned that leasing was, by far, best for us. He put us in a CR-V for a test drive, but before we left the lot he thoroughly went over all the features of the car, explaining and demonstrating everything. He knew this auto inside and out. After driving the Honda there was no doubt in our minds that this was exactly what we wanted. I credit this to Kevin's good listening skills, as well as his strong desire to make certain that we were satisfied. He restored our faith in car salesmanship. He went to great lengths to secure the car that we wanted as far as, color out and in. Most of all we were so impressed with Kevin's honesty and integrity. There was no pressure or stress which made our experience at Bommarito Dealership pleasurable.
