first Honda purchase After owning Fords for many years, we decided to look at Honda cars. When we got to the dealership and began looking we were greeted by Mike Knollhof After owning Fords for many years, we decided to look at Honda cars. When we got to the dealership and began looking we were greeted by Mike Knollhoff who directed us to the CRVs and told us to have a look. After awhile, he came out to see how we were doing. He suggested we take one for a test drive, and just handed us the keys and let us go! It was really nice to not have a sales person pressuring us during the test drive. Mike did a great job. One thing that needs to be done though is clarification on the extra $500 guarantee on your trade. We were told that it was like a "loyalty" perk for trades on Hondas for a new Honda. Well, the signage doesn't state that, so that is pretty much deceptive advertising. In the end we were given the extra, but that needs to be advertised for what it truly is. All in all, we are happy with the experience and look forward to many years of worry-free driving. More

Of the many questions I asked during the purchase process, he didn't know the answer to a few, and, rather than distracting me or making something up, he acknowledged he didn't know and sought out the answers. He even followed up with an answer the day after we completed the deal; I'd forgotten I'd even asked the question! He talked me through all the features on my new vehicle before I drove off the lot, and I feel much farther ahead of the learning curve with this car than when I purchased my last new Honda at another dealership. The first loan didn't go through in the end but Jim, in financing, worked with us and got us a deal with a higher interest rate. They were able to lower the cost of the 6 year warranty to keep our monthly payments the same. That was GREAT. More

After searching several metro area dealers' websites and using several automobile search engines, I found that Bommarito Honda had the best inventory of used vehicles to meet my needs. All of my Internet searching gave me a good sense of going rates for Hondas, and I found Bommarito's pricing to be right in line with the market. A discount offered for online shoppers brought the cost of a very low mileage 2012 Civic almost to the amount of my insurance settlement. Michael Minner, my salesperson, made the purchase very easy. He set the timing of my final payment to fall after I receive my insurance check and arranged to return my rental car to the leasing agency so that I could drive home in my newly purchased car. The logistical issues I thought could present problems were solved, and I am the happy owner of an almost new Civic. More
