Received email and a personal phone call from Josh Berry, at Bommarito Honda. Josh seemed very nice on the phone and since we had never been to Bommarito Honda he made us feel " invited". We had been to other dealerships before and always felt overwelmed and almost intimidated by the pushy response we would get. We would leave feeling more confused than when we had arrived. Total different experience at Bommarito Honda. Josh Berry, made the difference! His friendliness and professionalism put us at ease. He listened to what our needs were and provided us with the exact car we were wanting to test drive. Josh Berry is a unique salesman. His ability to communicate and his caring manner toward customers is impeccable. We found all the staff at Bommarito were outstanding. Josh S. in the finance department and the Sales Manager, Guy Taylor were so helpful. We have recommended Josh Berry at Bommarito Honda to our family and friends and are looking forward to doing business with Josh in the future! Thanks for everything!! More

Kevin took the time to evaluate the information we gave him and provided us with several good vehicles to look at and road test. I found the Bommarito dealerships in general to be very clean and well organized and staff to be friendly. I also didn't feel like I was being pressured to purchase. The only item I wasn't 100% on was the extended warranty that I purchased which I would have liked to review a bit more before adding to the final cost. This was a F&I function, the final decision was mine to call and other than time constraints I put on my purchase I could have easily walked away until I had time to read warranty details in depth. Great well established dealership with a good staff. Highly recommended place to shop. More

My husband and I were looking for a new Honda Fit with a manual transmission (we love them!) and used Edmunds.com Price Promise to get a quote from several dealerships. Josh Berry immediately e-mailed us back, on Sunday no less, with more information about the Bommarito Honda Superstore. I set up a test drive later in the week and Josh was excellent at answering any questions I had about the car. I loved the car enough that I dragged my husband back later that evening. As this was our first time buying a new car (or any car from a dealership, for that matter), Josh was patient as we talked it over and was great to negotiate with. There were no hard sales tactics or pressure. We ended up getting our car for almost $3K below MSRP. Bommarito itself is wonderful: We get free oil changes and maintenance for the first two years and free car washes for life (holla!). If anything goes wrong with the paint or there are any stains we can't get out of the fabric for the first 5 years, they are covered. If you have to wait at all at the service department, there is free bottled water, Starbucks coffee or tea, fruit, cookies, and, most importantly, ice cream sandwiches/bars. (Sold!) Overall, amazing. We are sooooo happy with the car and the Bommarito experience overall. More

I will no longer go anywhere else for an auto purchase! I have purchased 4 new vehicles in my life, and have dealt with probably 12 dealerships in doing so. I checked this website for reviews, passed by 3 c I have purchased 4 new vehicles in my life, and have dealt with probably 12 dealerships in doing so. I checked this website for reviews, passed by 3 closer Honda dealerships to get to Bommarito, and it was worth every mile of the (longer) drive! This was the most pain-free experience I've ever had in purchasing a new car. Josh was friendly, honest, straight-forward, and diligent. He worked with us on a fair price for both sides, got us a good value on our trade, and avoided the song-and-dance tactics I've seen at, well, most other dealerships. The back-and-forth lasted maybe 10 minutes. He demonstrated from start to finish, that he valued our time and our trust. There is a reason I've never purchased an auto from the same dealer twice - there was always some tiny element that made me say to myself, "well, let me just try a different dealership". I have now found the place where I will happily do business as long as I live here. After the fact: there was a minor chip that we found when returning home with our new vehicle. Josh immediately remedied the problem without questions asked. He again worked efficiently and diligently to not just fix the problem, but to "make it perfect". Indeed he did make our entire experience "perfect". Josh is one in a million. Thank you! More
