This was so different from the bad experience we had at another St. Charles, Mo. Honda dealer. These guys are the absolute best and I certainly hope to work with them again in the future. Milan knew everything about the Odyssey and explained it in an excellent mannor. They were so pleasant and understanding. Everything that was said happened just the way Milan said it would. The contract was perfect, times stated were perfect. The new Odyssey was there and waiting for us. All the items we agreed to were on the Auto when we got there. We found at other dealerships: a.) lack of product knowledge b.) high pressure "gotta move this car by tomorrow" c.) 45 minute wait to check value on our trade-in when told it was only 10 minutes (I had to catch a flight that night) d.) outright hostility with a follow-up call once it was found we purchased elsewhere. Doug always made us feel at ease, and confident in his product and market knowledge. The value of our pre-owned Lexus is outstanding. We have two new cars this year, so it will be awhile before we shop again, but we would highly recommend asking for Doug at Bommarito Honda. More
