Wanted a used car and had not been in the market too long. When we first met Don he was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Don had us meet the manager Tim and made us feel comfortable,,We bought the car and love it. Before we left Don showed us the service dept. and introduced us to several people in parts and service. I had a very good experience. I haven't bought a car from a dealership in over 10 years because I hated dealing with them. I thought I would try a dealer again and Aaron Harrington at Bommarito Honda o from a dealership in over 10 years because I hated dealing with them. I thought I would try a dealer again and Aaron Harrington at Bommarito Honda of Hazelwood made the experience painless. He didn't go talk to his manager and stay gone for 20 mins repeatedly. He left with the price I offered and was back in a minute. Mike Knollhoff was so great to work with. He made the process so easy once we decided on the vehicle we wanted. We told him time was tight and that we had to pick up the kids and get them down for their process so easy once we decided on the vehicle we wanted. We told him time was tight and that we had to pick up the kids and get them down for their naps. He worked fast and explained the process every step of the way. I will be going back when I purchase a new car, but since it is a Honda - it may be quite a while. I couldn't have been happier. This was far from the usual hassle of buying a car.
