We orginally started with another Honda dealer in the St. Louis area. While we fell in love with the Odyssey we had a negative experience with the dealer and ended up walking away from negotiations. We were about ready to put our car search on hold for a few months, when i decided to go in to Bommarito after work one night. Josh was the first one to greet me at the door and within an hour I was walking out having made a deal we were confortable with. It was a great experience with Josh that continued through the delivery and review of our car once it arrived on their lot. I can't complain and would recommend Josh to anyone looking for a Honda! Our experience at Bommarito Honda was great from the minute we walked in. We were immediately greeted by Don and sat down at his desk to discuss our hopes for the purchase of a used car. He was professional and informative about the facts of the cars, but also shared his personal opinions and experiences with car sales to offer us some perspective on the situation. We never felt pressure to purchase a car, and in fact came back 2 separate days to look at the car again. When it came down to the wire and we were negotiating a price, Don worked hard to offer us the best price possible. In the end, we left the dealership happy and we are thrilled with our 'new' car! During negotiations we felt very comfortable in discussing our concerns with him and when the initial offer was rejected he worked with us to arrive at an offer both parties found acceptable. From our experience we would highly recommend buying a car from Don Scheffler no matter what dealership Don worked for. He is what makes Bommarito Honda a dealership worth visiting. More
