My experience at Bommarito Honda with Aaron Harrington was overall fantastic. He was very friendly and didn't try to push anything on me. Aaron then sent me over to Josh Sedivy for the financing aspect of my purchase. He was also very friendly and helpful in deciding how much I should put as a down payment. Last Monday ( 11/25/2013) I made a visit to Bommarito Honda looking for a specific vehicle ( CRV LX 2014). I had been looking at another dealership nearer to my home and has spent hours there over the p Honda looking for a specific vehicle ( CRV LX 2014). I had been looking at another dealership nearer to my home and has spent hours there over the past few weeks trying to negotiate the price for the car and a price for my trade-in. The experience had been very painful. I wanted the Honda CRV and but I did not want to spend my money at that dealer near my home because the high pressure sales techniques used had just irrated me to the point that I decided to go to a different Honda dealership I found one near my work -- Bommarito Honda -- and made a call before I visited on Monday at mid day -- guess I was just luckly to be assigned to Mike Knolhoff as a new car sales person who I talked to on phone and made an appointment to visit at noon. I told Mike that I was serious about buying the CRV and I gave him the same target price range that I had given to the other dealership and told him that I was also going to trade in a car. He checked his inventory and confirmed that the car we wanted was there. The only thing Mike ask before he could give me a price was to see my trade in vehicle. I got the car in 30 minutes and returned to Bommarito, within 10 minutes I had a price -- no high pressure sales tactics just a price. We did negotiate the price as it was a bit higher than what I had negotiated at the other dealership. We agreed on a price and I put a deposit on the vehicle. .All that happened in less then 30 minutes. We had to return that evening as the car was actually for my son ( who was paying for it as well) , and he was at work and did not got off until 6pm. We returned and had a great experience as we went through the buying process. Again no hidden cost, no high pressure sales tactics at the last minute, just professional, knowledgeable sales person ( Mike Knolhoff) and finance manager (Jason Galeski) to help us through the process and explain all the detailed features and go through the set ups ( blue tooth set up for phone, etc) for the CRV we had just bought. The services that Bommarito offers to its customers are also fantastic -- free car was for as long as you own the car no appointment necessary ( recommendied to stay away from Saturday if possible, full tank of gas in the car upon delivery, two year free maintance ( oil changes and tire rotationss) nice hospitality area with drinks and snacks while you wait -- this all added to the experience,. My entire family was very impressed and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying experience -- professional and relaxing. I also think I got a very good price on the car and the staff seemed genuinely please that we had gotten a good value for our money. Bommarito has about 16 or morecar dealerships in the St Louis area and I can see why -- they know how to treat their customers.
