I absolutely love buying new cars but hate dealing with shady sales people. Before making the 40 mile drive out to this dealership I made sure they had what I was looking for. I had inquired about a 2013 Civic Si Sedan via Bommarito's website, luckily for me they had six of them in stock. I received a quick response from Milan Venezia with a pretty impressive quote so I decided to go check it out. I hadn't planned on buying a car that day, I just wanted to see how much I could get for my trade but after seeing the car in person, I decided to strike up a deal. Milan was assisting other customers when I arrived so I was helped by a gentleman named Josh Berry. I knew Josh could tell I was serious and I had done my homework so there was no BS or going back and forth with the sales manager all day to negotiate a price. Overall I would say that I got a good deal, they deducted about $3K off of the MSRP of the Civic, that made up for the negative equity I had in my trade. Upon delivery, the vehicle was detailed up pretty nicely, probably the best I've seen from a dealership. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, their inventory is great and their salesmen are even better. It took about 2.5 hours total from the time I walked in until I drove off in my new Si, probably the quickest car buying experience ever. If you're ever in the market for a new Honda and don't feel like dealing with pushy salesmen, definitely give these guys a chance and don't forget to ask for Milan or Josh. More

Met sales associate Josh Berry. He was great to deal with. It was my first experience buying a car. He did not pressure me into purchasing a car, he just figured out what I interested in and let me te with. It was my first experience buying a car. He was a great negotiator, he knows the customer is trying to buy the car the least amount and the managers are trying to sell the car for the highest price. He handled the negotiation amazingly, he got us the price we wanted. He is the man! He was personable and easy to approach. He does what is in the best interest of the customer. We contacted the dealership late on a Thursday and spoke to Mike. We said we wanted to look at a particular Ford Fusion and asked what the dealership hours were. I called Mike and he helped us figure out the best way to get there. As we pulled in the dealership, Mike was waiting for us and before we could get out of our car had pulled up the Fusion. He was very friendly, showed us the whole car and explained all the options. He immediately offered us the opportunity to test drive the car and told us the best way to go to avoid the traffic. We were gone for a while so we could both drive, look at the car and discuss whether we felt the car was right for us. When we got back the dealership should have been closing but Mike was not in a hurry. He offered us a beverage while we discussed the car. After he answered all our questions we said we were interested. He looked at our car we were trading and had someone else drive the car. He was very kind in stating that he knew our car was probably worth a lot to us, really me, but on the market our 15 year old car was only going to get us $1000 for a trade in. He was not pushy, and even though he was staying after hours he never appeared in a hurry or indicated we were taking up his time. He helped us through the paperwork and while were were talking to the finance person had the car cleaned even though it was already spotless. We even had a full tank of gas. By the time we left it was 1 hour after the dealership was supposed to close. If we needed another car or knew someone looking for a used car we would definitely suggest this dealership and tell them to ask for Mike. More

I went to bommarito honda to check out a 2013 civic. I had already test drove a toyota corrolla and a Hyundai elantra today and was pretty sure that I was going to buy the elantra. All I can say is....awesome!!! A couple of weeks after that I noticed oil leaking all over my garage floor and driveway. My cousin and good friend, who also has purchased vehicles and had them serviced at Bommarito, told me to go straight to Margo in the service department and she would take care of everything!! Margo was EXTREMELY helpful. She got to the bottom of the issue my honda was having in no time. I was extremely impressed with her level of knowledge AND professionalism!! She also got all of this done for me for an EXTREMELY fair price. Thank you SO MUCH Margo. Don was very helpful and great to work with. Attentive, kind, professional, no pressure and above all a very fair man by working for the customer when it came to pricing. I submitted a fairly competitive offer and to hear a sales guy's words of "this is a challenge I'm willing to accept and make happen for you"; he had my business in the bag whether he realized it or not. I bought a barely used Honda Accord Coupe from Don, straight off the showroom floor. Just a fantastic experience overall and I would highly recommend Don and Bommarito Honda. More
