I brought my car for low beam headlights recall to this dealer a few months ago. I asked them to see how much it will cost to turn my SRS light off and I was told that it would cost 0 or $99.99, depends on dealer a few months ago. I asked them to see how much it will cost to turn my SRS light off and I was told that it would cost 0 or $99.99, depends on the error; they told me more probability it will no cost for me while they charged me $170 at the end to fix it and based on that you can conclude that they did not give me a correct estimation. Moreover, I received a quality vehicle inspection form which demonstrated that my card requires immediate attention due to leaking coolant systems (with estimation of $750). I was told that maybe it would be necessary to tow my car if I wanted to come back to magnify how serious is the problem. I was under a lot of stress during coming back to my apartment. After that, I drove more than 5 month ( many trips) with my car without any problem and again it showed they are not professional. I really had a bad experience over there and I don't recommend this dealer unless you want to spend your money for nothing. More

Don provided great information, but didn't push me to make a decision or towards a specific car (I went in to test drive used Accords, ended up driving a camry, accord, and hyundai, and ended up with the hyundai). I did my homework beforehand, but never felt like I was treated differently or talked down to because I was a woman. Overall a pretty painless transaction despite being one of the most stressful decisions I've ever made! The financial department was also great--he took the time to explain all of the options but didn't give me a hard time about not upgrading to a "better" warrantly package. There's a reason Bommarito is the number one dealer in St. Louis. More

Went looking for a Honda CRV EXL front wheel drive. I had been told by 2 different salesmen that there were none in St. Louis in either color I was looking for. Went into the dealership and Bob was able to been told by 2 different salesmen that there were none in St. Louis in either color I was looking for. Before I called Kevin Hall, who was recommended by a friend, I had about 6 cars I was planning to look at. None of them seemed quite right from the descriptions on-line, but I've had my civic for 13 years and sometimes it's just hard to change. Kevin reccommended the Fit, which was not one of the cars on my list. It ended up being the perfect car for me; plenty of cargo space, good gas mileage, not to big and not too small and it was under what I had said I was willing to spend. More

We visited Bommarito because we were shopping around. Getting another Honda wasn't on our scope because of the expense, but we did think about a 2013 model, if the price was right.
