I have never been happier with my experience at a dealership than I was with Mike Knollhoff at Bommarito Honda. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and attentive and we feel we got dealership than I was with Mike Knollhoff at Bommarito Honda. Ian was beyond helpful during my two visits. He respected my decision to hold off on financial discussions until my step father was in town and did not pressure me in any way. He was extremely knowledgable and assisted me with test driving two different vehicles. When my step father was in town, Ian worked diligently to determine the best deal possible for me. Once the final numbers had been determined, we worked with Jim in the finance office to get everything lined up. Without Jim's knowledge and explaination I would not have known about the extended warrantee and the great coverage it offers. A big thanks to both! More

With Bob, there is no such thing as spending half of a weekend day waiting for the entire process to happen; he had everything ready to go, and tried to be as efficient as possible while still answering questions and explaining the new car thoroughly. He is always great and following up after the purchase, and checks in periodically. Great service... will definitely return to Bob and Bommarito again! More
