I was very impressed with her knowledge of my CR-V. She was very meticulous explaining how the Navi system worked and set up my navigation home. The navigation system worked perfectly. Recently, I relocated from Californ and Jim Fincannon for making my car buying experience with Bommarito Honda such an easy and pleasurable one. Recently, I relocated from California to Missouri and I departed with my truly dependable/reliable 2003 Honda Accord. I was certain I wanted another Accord and after several recommendations of Bommarito Honda, I viewed their website. I emailed Bommarito Honda when I became interested in an Accord advertised on it. Susan promptly responded to my inquiry. I met with Susan a few hours later and she demonstrated to me the exact Accord as shown on the internet. I was very pleased with this Accord so I purchased it at the exact price as listed on the Bommarito Honda website. I also was very impressed by Susan's professionalism and the thoughtful approach she used to sell the Accord to me. She was very knowledgeable in demonstrating the many features the Accord has to offer. I was very pleased when Susan demonstrated to me how to use the bluetooth and the navigation system in my new Honda Accord. Being unfamiliar with Missouri, I was very touched when Susan programmed my navigator command to guide me home no matter where I am. THANK YOU, SUSAN. Once we arrived at Bommarito Honda, Dan and Don ensured our search was over - they quickly got us a test drive in a vehicle that fits are needs perfectly with a very competitive price. I cannot emphasize enough the professional and friendly treatment afforded us by both Don and Dan. The battery on the vehicle we test drove was dead so Don quickly got it started with a portable car starter. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Don and Dan had the service department check the battery and they found it wouldn't hold a charge; so they installed a new battery and we were on a way. Thanks also to Josh - I doubt you'll find a more personable and professional person in the finance department. This is our second vehicle purchased from a Bommarito dealership in the past 4 years - I highly recommend them. More
