My eighty one year old mother came looking to purchase a used car. Michael Minner took great care of her. He was patient and listened to all of her concerns. I gave Mike all fives because of his ability to speak to her on her terms and did not push her to make any decision she was not prepared for. He was very sweet and she adored him. Some other dealerships were not patient with her and expected her to commit when she was unsure. Mike just let her lead and he gave her great guidance. He made it very easy for us to decide on a vehicle and to buy it from him. He offered us refreshments mutiple times, and even took the time to check on the car several times while they were cleaning/washing it after we bought it.
