My wife and I have had great experiences with our Honda Accords, 2 of them, and a CRV. We have also owned a Dodge, Toyota, Volvo and BMW over the years. Honda is by far the most reliable in terms of n Accords, 2 of them, and a CRV. We have also owned a Dodge, Toyota, Volvo and BMW over the years. Honda is by far the most reliable in terms of need for repairs and drivablilty (e.g. in rain, snow and sleet). Our 2004 CRV has given us the best of several worlds: all wheel drive safety, SUV clearance, reasonable repair expenses and moderate cost of ownership (which includes price for filling the gas tank). So, about two weeks ago, my wife and I set out to replace her 2001 BMW 325 convertible. Over the years we have worked with new car sales, pre-owned sales and even a car broker. Few people like to be confrontational when it comes to negotiating for car prices. Aaron Harrington took care of us at Bommarito Honda a couple of nights ago. We arived, unannounced about 20 minutes before closing. He was kind and took all the time that we needed to show us the Certified, Pre-owned 2011 CRV that we had discovered on the Bommarito internet site. My wife loved the CRV at first sight! We returned a few nights later to see the CRV and purchace it. The internet price was already below the Kelley Blue Book value. We got a bit less for our BMW than we had hoped. Aaron was kind and smiled a few times in amusement at my negotiating antics. By the time we had signed the initial paperwork, it was close to closing time. We still had to meet Josh in finance. Josh gave us no pressure to purchase additional guarantees, but, despite what all the experts state, I did purchase additional coverage on the CRV (which had less than 3000 miles on it). Trust me, this is money well spent went it comes to hearing less angst from my wife regarding unexpected repair bills. Josh was fast and exact with the numbers. He was secure with his knowledge about all aspects of financing. He called me the next day about a pay-off number for the BMW which we didn't have access to at the time of closing. Josh gave us an excellent rate for used car loans (I had already checked intrest rates with my credit union). Josh and Aaron were personable and smart about their aspects of the business. Bommarito Honda had exceptional facilities and, of course, a perfect 2011 CRV EX-L for my family. Thanks everyone. A great overall experience! P.S.
