I found a 2009 Honda CRV at this dealerhsip but we had never been here. From the moment I spoke to Tim over the phone to when my wife and I walked in the dealership, we were treated with so much dignity a never been here. Even a few people I have spoken with in their service department seem to personify that great customer service and attitude that makes a customer feel appreciated and not like just another sale. Last, we can say we have also never been in a nice more customer friendly dealership. There is a large service waiting area with free bottles of water and even ice cream. I don't know about the true value of the service as I just bought the vehicle yesterday and don't know without having had time to experience the dealer and his service. On the other responses I hasten to add if the dealer actually delivers over the next three years on the various items offered. Its been since 1997 that I've purchased a new car and things have changed dramatically at dealerships, that's for sure. From time to time, Iwill do my best to up date this site on whether or not the new mega-dealers are as good as the former companies. We'll see. More
