Bought a 2011 CR-V this past Saturday (10/22/11) from Bomorito. I requested a quote through Edmunds.com earlier in the week and Sue got back to me right away. She was very helpful over email and answered all my questions, even on her day off. When my wife and I went in on Saturday Sue was just as nice in person as she was over email. Luckily we changed our minds on the interior color and they had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We tried to haggle a lower price than the one quoted (which was already pretty fair) but Sue and Guy (Sue's manager) were very straightforward in they can not name a price with our trade-in no being on hand. We thought this was very honest and agreed to go get it. naturally our trade-in vehicle broke down on the way to Bomorito and we had to tow it in. So basically we have a busted vehicle to offer and they are pretty much in position to rake us over the coals on the transaction. What do they do? Treat us with respect, sympathize with the situation, and offer us pretty close to the deal we were looking for (minus the understandably diminished value for our trade). The finance person, Jim, was great also. Quick, clear with all explanations, and absolutely no pressure on add-ons, extended warranties, etc. We are very happy with our experience at Bomorito and will definitely go back when it is time to replace our 98 Accord. I guess my only gripe would be that they are not in my immediate area (St. Charles/St. Peters) to provide all my maintenance needs. I guess we can't have everything. More

I can't say enough good things about Don. From the start, he was very informative, helpful, and easy to talk to. If he did pressure us on one thing, it was to take our time so we were certain we made the right decision and left Bommarito as happy customers. Well, both of those happened. My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase. We were unsure whether to buy new or used and Don took the time to compare each with us and even simulate the monthly payment of the two after taxes, fees, and different warranties (new/used) side by side.
