There was a recall issue on my 2010 Honda Fit. When making the appointment I was told I could get a loaner. When I arrived for my appoinment I was told I could not get a loaner but I could rent a car making the appointment I was told I could get a loaner. When I arrived for my appoinment I was told I could not get a loaner but I could rent a car for $30. So basically, they lied to me. Out of principle, I refused to pay the $30 and left w/o getting the recall work completed. So, wasted several hours of my day and drove 60 miles round trip for nothing. Never again!! More

She was down to earth, no pressure, went through all our options of leasing a vehicle. She seemed like a real friend. LouAnn was a true delight to work with. She actually made getting a vehicle fun. Heck, you can even get an ice cream treat right in the dealership while you wait, and they mail home a tin of cookies to thank us. The overall experience at this dealership is non like I have ever experienced. Hats off to you and your gem of a salesperson, LouAnn Sutton. She even followed up with a phone call later in the week to see how we liked the vehicle. We will definitely be back to this dealership. Great job! More

I recieved an email from Michael about the car I currently owned and that they were interested in it as a trade in. I called to see what the situation was and if it was a good deal.
