I was very pleased with the service provided by Mr. McManus. On the phone the night before I came to view the Odyssey, he provided clear information on the vehicle. What information that was required to answer any one of my many questions; if he was unsure of; he immediately found a solution to my inquiry. The purchase activities were lighted by enjoyable small talk which made the whole process very pleasing. Mr. Galeskii was direct with his information and provided clear advice concerning the various service warranty programs. During the price negotiation, it was "fun" . . . good natured. The price seemed fair; at least from my view, I was pleased with the price and cost of the additional coverage. One of the requirements I had placed on the car had not been completed when I picked the car up. Mr. McManus advised me of the problem and the solution that the dealer had set in motion to accomplish my request. I did not need to find the problem on my own; Mr. McManus was "on top" of the elements of my purchase.
