Secondly, Sue Doyle is perhaps the best - absolute best car salesperson that we have ever engaged in buying/leasing a car! She knows her product(s), she got ot know her customer and she wrapped up the deal without a lot of sales "drama"! That was why I came to Bommarito in the first place - no sales "drama". I purchased a car from Bommarito Honda last evening. Bob Olander was my salesperson, and was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I walked in at 7:00PM and left with a new car by 9:30PM; once the negota Olander was my salesperson, and was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I purchased a used 2003 Toyota Camry Solara SLE, March 18, 2011 for a good low advertised price. While a Bommarito Honda employee (porter) was delivering the car to my garage the "check engine warning li 18, 2011 for a good low advertised price. While a Bommarito Honda employee (porter) was delivering the car to my garage the "check engine warning light" came on before I had even had a chance to drive the car, other than a short test drive, which was flawlwess. Per sales manager, Jim Hercules suggestion, I took the car to Ackerman Toyota to fix the problem. They have worked on the car for two days with the check engine warning light still coming on after driving on the Interste highway. Ackerman Toyota compiled an itemized list of things wrong with the car totalling thousands of dollars. The Missour State Inspection could not have passeD with these many items wrong. I am extemely disappointed with my car purchase no matter what the price. I have a large problem on my hands now. More
New car pricing and trade-in value were reasonable but not "great". Overall experience was good, but there seemed to be too much waiting around for people to do things that seemed like they should have t not "great". My opinion is that when you buy a NEW car it should be a fun experience. I can't say I have had that in the past and then I met Bob. I had my car in to have an emission's test done and I saw a sign in the dealership that you could upgrade to a 2011 and keep your same payment. This peaked my curiosity and Bob asked if he could be of assistance to me. I told him up front I would not be doing this if I could not afford it. He was very respectful of that. He answered all of the question's I had about the car and we took a test drive. I knew I wanted to make a deal. The paperwork was started and by the time all was done I drove away in my new 2011 Honda Accord. There was a considerable wait to see the Finance Manager due to the number of vehicle's purchased that night. Bob was very conscious of the amount of time I was having to wait and he made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Bob Olander and Bommarito Honda to my family and friends even if they had to come to Hazelwood to buy a new car. Bommarto Honda is lucky to have Bob Olander as an employee!!!! I was pleasantly surprised at a telephone call the next day from Bob thanking me for doing business with Bommarito Honda. Great Customer Service!!!! More

I work for a company who has a corporate program with Bommarito Honda. That was the first reason for approaching them, but it isn't the only reason why I'll recommend them to friends and family. First off, Kevin Hall was my salesperson and he had a great personality and KNEW HIS CARS. I can't tell you how many times you go to a car dealership and they can't really sell you the car because they don't know them. Kevin was open, friendly and immediately put me at ease...this is a big expense for anyone and we tend to keep our cars for 7-8 years so need something reliable. Plus, I like it to look good and be fun to drive. We are not people who walk in and are talked into something...we know what we're looking for and I'm usually pretty specific about what is on my car--and Kevin can tell you, what COLOR my car is. My CRV has definitely fit the bill--I love driving it and it was an excellent decision for us to make. From the first person I talked to at the door to the folks in the back who were detailing my car before I picked it up to the service folks...all friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.
