After shopping around several makes/models, my wife and I decided a 2008 or later used Honda Accord would suit our needs and preferences best. We visited and contacted several dealerships and decided to buy from Bommarito Honda if possible because it is located near our home and they offered 2 years of free oil changes and lifetime free car washes--those things were sometimes offered elsewhere, but not near our home and convenience is a priority. Our salesman was very friendly and over the course of two weeks let us drive several cars to help us make up our minds. When I called him and got his voice mail, he promptly returned all my calls. Since we were buying used, we couldn't be very choosey and the car we got is not the absolute ideal, but it is very nice and no complaints. We have not had any service done there yet, so N/A for Quality of Work. Bommarito's prices were very competitive in our area. No complaints really, but they fell $200 short of the price I was offering (i.e., I paid more than I wanted to), so I'm only giving them a 4 (Good) on price. I will give them a big thumbs up on how they dealt with a problem: On the day of the purchase, we went to the dealership to buy a specific car. It turned out to be a smoker's car, which we could not stand to have since my wife is allergic to smoke. They offered us another car instead that was exactly the same specs except one year newer (2009 vs 2008), at the same price. Everything else was outstanding. I can't think of how they could do a better job. More

Doug was great. He helped me find a great car that was within my price range and never pushed me to go outside of it. Then, when it came time to appraise my trade-in, they gave me twice what my car was w within my price range and never pushed me to go outside of it. When I first came to Bommarito Honda it was a REALLY cold day. I had just come from another dealer (a nearby Toyota dealer--Spirit Toyota) and when I stood outside NOBODY came out to greet me. Aaron Harrington, my sales rep, showed incredible patience and professionalism throughout the process of identifying the market segment I was in (make-model preferences, price point, mileage range), patience and professionalism throughout the process of identifying the market segment I was in (make-model preferences, price point, mileage range), test-driving several vehicles, and sealing the deal on a pre-owned vehicle. He went out of his way to address specific questions I had (e.g., vehicle history; whether the vehicle had a timing belt or timing chain). One big bonus was the financing I obtained via the dealership--great terms that meet my needs--the transaction was efficient and nothing was forced. Aaron also helped to get me their dealership's bid on an older car I had for a potential wholesaler's connection. Here's the summary: I found a terrific car in very good condition, for a fair price, with superior customer service and with financing that far exceeded my hopes. I told Aaron that thankfully he does not fit the "used car salesman" stereotype. I recommend this dealership, and I commend Aaron for his attentiveness, "people skills," and no-nonsense approach.
