We had first called the dealership to check on a deal for a lease on a Honda Fit for $99/mo (plus taxes) and then drove from Illinois to the dealership. We were immediately helped. It was the only nice, semi-warm day we'd had in the area all winter, so they were busy, of course. You wouldn't have known had they not said they had sold 27 cars so far that day (we got there around 2:30PM). We met with Ken and he took us out to see the Fits that corresponded with the advertised sale price, took it for a spin, and then started the paperwork. It was very fast, very efficient, and Ken stayed with us the entire time. He expedited certain steps that he could do while we were waiting for the car to finish being detailed and the like, which sped up the process even more. He was easy to talk to and very personable. The Starbucks coffee in the lobby was great (and free!) as well. It was an all-in-all great experience and I highly recommend this dealer. I will certainly be going back when it's time to buy another car in two years, even though we have a Honda dealer about five minutes away (it takes us around 45 minutes to get to Bommarito Honda). Luann got us zeroed in on what might be the best model for us at this time as we needed to trade-in a car that was starting to be a maintenance drain. The rest of the experience during the leasing process was helped by our use of an online Lease Evaluator calculation that takes some of the guess work out of the process. We would like to think we ended up with a good to excellent monthly lease payment deal along with a fair trade-in for our existing vehicle. That is what it is all about. Luann did an excellent job in going over the details of the new CR-V prior to our driving it off the lot. Just an all around good experience at a time when we did not want to have to go through a lot of haggling to get a car. We are HAPPY CAMPERS right now. Thanks Bommarito!!!! We bought a 2011 Odyssey w/ RES. The dealership was very professional & we had a good experience. Ken is very nice and gave us a fair price.
