I must say that this experience buying a car was the best I have ever had. Randy Borth had talked briefly to my daughter over the phone before we arrived and was at the door when we walked into the dealershi I have ever had. After telling him what type of car and color I was interested in looking at, he immediately found three cars that met my requests. We walked through the lot looking at not only the "one" car I was interested in, but other similar cars to get an idea of what they did or didn't have in comparison. I was able to take the car for a long test drive on side roads and the highway. Randy gave a very detailed explanation of every item on the car. We discussed the price and I felt that Randy and Matt McManus bent over backwards to work with me to get the price to what I needed. Randy suggested only two "extras" (rubber floor mats and the rubber mat for the back of my CR-V) which I also thought would be good. After the rain and snow for the past few weeks, I am even happier that I purchased these. This purchase was a big deal to me as I only buy a car about every ten years or so. I wanted to go home and sleep on my big decision that evening and Matt McManus encouraged me to do so rather than pressuring me to make my "big decisions" right then. I went home feeling great about the car and the deal and returned the next morning to pick up my new car. I love it and know I made the right decision. I had a very positive experience. The facility was clean, neat, and offered everything you could want if you had to wait for anything. Besides this dealer being more conveniently located to our Illinois residence, we were so very impressed with the respectful customer service from Sales, Finance & Service Departments. We had returned a 2005 Pilot upon it's lease expiration to St. Louis Honda & were treated poorly since we'd decided not to purchase it or a replacement vehicle at that time. It was an easy decision to next go to Bommarito, especially with such excellent recommendations from those who'd made recent purchases. More
