The only people who even acknowledged me while I was there was the car salesman and the gentleman from finance that I worked with. Even while I was waiting, other employees would avoid even making eye c there was the car salesman and the gentleman from finance that I worked with. When it came to discussing the finance, the guy made it feel rushed not explaining anything unless I specifically asked and even then I had to dig to get a response. Later when speaking with them on the phone, they were very condescending and short with me. It was just very frustrating. Overall, I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. More

My Overall experience at Bommarito Honda was great. I first contacted the dealership thru the internet. Before I drove 90 miles, I wanted to make sure it was worth my time. I contacted LouAnn Sutton about her price on a 2010 Honda CRV and she gave me a very good price. I did my homework on pricing and knew she gave me a very good quote. When we visted the dealership, everyone was very friendly. When we met LouAnn she was friendly and did not try to pressure sell us a vehicle. I was originally going to use my credit union for finacing at 4.49% but Honda had finacing at .9% for 60 months, so I went with Honda finacing. Bommarito Honda had our vehicle ready that same day and we were able to close the deal on a Saturday. I would recommend LouAnn Sutton to buy a vehicle from. Upon walking in to the dealership, I was still completely nervous but Aaron helped ease the stress by being patient with all of my questions and answering each one thoroughly. I REALLY APPRECIATED the lack of pressure, the lack of hyperbole and the genuine knowledge Tim exhibited. Returning my car to the dealership a few days later to collect my "We Owe" service was also a pleasure: service dept. personnel were friendly and efficient and the waiting area was about as nice a place to wait as could be designed! This is my first experience with Bommarito, but I certainly plan on continuing it for as long as possible. I now understand why the friend who referred me was so enthusiastic—I'm sure I'll be the same! More

We were made to feel very welcome at Bommarito and the whole experience was enjoyable and painless. Normally buying a car can be difficult but Rick made it very easy for us.
